2. Description of Services

Wylie Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related services to residential and commercial customers in the Wylie, Texas area and surrounding communities. Services are performed pursuant to a written estimate or agreement accepted by the customer. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform services; a formal written estimate is required before any work begins.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing and are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. An estimate is valid for the period stated on the document, typically 30 days. Pricing may change if:

• The scope of work changes after the estimate is issued
• Hidden conditions are discovered during the work (e.g., base failure, drainage issues)
• Material costs change substantially before the work begins
• The project is delayed by the customer beyond the estimate validity period

Any changes to the estimated price will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled work dates are subject to weather conditions and crew availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would affect workmanship or safety. We will notify you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee where materials or crew time have already been committed. Deposit amounts are non-refundable if a customer cancels after work materials have been ordered or allocated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated on each written estimate or invoice. In general:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise stated in writing
• Accepted payment methods are specified on the invoice
• Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee

Withholding payment for reasons not related to a legitimate dispute about the work performed is not permitted. If you have a concern about the completed work, contact us promptly so we can address it.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform the work safely and on schedule, customers agree to:

• Clear the work area of vehicles, equipment, and personal property before the crew arrives
• Ensure the crew has safe access to the work site
• Keep people and pets off fresh pavement until the curing period specified by the crew
• Notify us promptly of any issues observed during or after the work

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or materials will be stated in the written estimate or agreement for your specific project. General conditions that affect pavement performance and that may not be covered include:

• Cracking caused by underlying soil movement or base failure not visible at time of work
• Surface damage from improper use, heavy equipment not disclosed prior to the work, or chemical spills
• Normal oxidation or color change from weathering and UV exposure
• Damage caused by events outside our control, including flooding or acts of nature

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wylie Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Dispute Resolution
